POUR FOAM PRODUCTS

GreenFill 206 is a two component, rapidly expanding 2.0pcf Nominal Density pour in place floatation foam for manufacturing. GF-206 is specifically designed for high volume, quality manufacturing where product cost and production time are key factors.

GreenLift 2503 is a closed cell, water-blown spray polyurethane foam (SPF). It is designed for exterior trench breaker and geotechnical applications, such as Slab Lifting, that require high compressive

strength and low exothermic reaction temperatures. GreenLift 2503 can be applied in a single continuous lift well beyond 4” thickness without danger of charring or ignition. GreenLift 2503 utilizes

advanced, proprietary chemistry that allows it to build upon itself during a continuous lift without excessive pooling or blowback.

GreenLift 4003 is a closed cell, water-blown spray polyurethane foam (SPF). It is designed for exterior trench breaker and geotechnical applications, such as Slab Lifting, that require high compressive strength and low exothermic reaction temperatures. GreenLift 4003 can be applied in a single continuous lift well beyond 4” thickness without danger of charring or ignition. GreenLift 4003 has a reaction profile that allows or good flow and penetration of cracks and crevices below grade, followed by rapid cure to create stability for the slab or foundation. It densifies loose packed soil and substrate.

StarShield 250 HC is a unique blend of polymeric MDI and blended polyol which combine in a 1/1 volume ratio to create a closed cell foam which is highly resistant to penetration and saturation by all hydrocarbons such as crude oil, jet fuel, gasoline and diesel fuel. The formulation is solvent-free to ensure safety and  maximum technical performance. StarShield 250 HC is also resistant to saturation by salt or fresh water.
