GreenShield 123  is a high solids, single component, elastomeric, urethane coating for roofing or industrial use. It can be used as a standalone product or in conjunction with an appropriate primer (consult your PolyGreen representative on primer selection) or with GreenTech 253-303 roofing foam as a system. GS-123 contains no restricted VOCs and is resistant to chemical attack, and abrasion.GS- 123 is designed to seal and waterproof vertical and horizontal construction components. GS-123 can be applied in a wide range of ambient temperatures and humidity levels. 

MineLine 15-30 – Mine Surface Protection System is a very strong super-polymer coating system designed to provide structural support while shielding against water and methane infiltration for all surfaces in the mine. This system provides high chemical, abrasion resistance, low fire and smoke meeting Class 1 ASTM E84, MSHA ASTM E162, Radiant Panel testing and MSHA IC-249 Flame resistance of solid products. TheMineLine protection system effectively delivers increased load bearing capacity and reduces localized failure points to defend against rupture and bursting. This high-strength composite structure provides added protection to mine workers, framework infrastructure and overall mine safety. 

OptiShield (R) is an extremely tough, optically clear, weather resistant, 2 component polyurea formulation. The rollable material comes in 2 primary versions with a range of properties shown below. OptiShield (R) is a 100% solids aliphatic coating used primarily in exterior, high-wear environments. OptiShield (R) may be applied over diverse types of substrates such as; metals, woods, foams, engineering polymers, composites, brick and concrete. A primer may be required depending on the specific substrate, consult your PolyGreen representative. It meets FDA regulations for indirect food contact (CFR 21, Sec. 175-300)

PolyFlex 207 is a microcellular elastomeric polyurethane/ polyurea hybrid system. It provides the physical properties of typical polyureas and expands to provide up to 40 mils of coverage in one pass at the same time. PolyFlex 207 is designed as a stand-alone system or accessory to other polyurea, polyurethane systems. Excellent coverage for roof seams and fasteners or the entire roof coverage. It can be a floor underlayment or finished floor system where a slight cushion feel is desired. A primer may be required depending on the specific substrate, consult your PolyGreen representative. 

StarShield AG is an anti-graffiti coating represents a new class of tough thin and durable advanced polymers. This easy to apply coating turns ordinary walls and ceilings into a cleanable canvas of art. It’s unique physical properties give it superior cleanability and resistance to Sharpie solvent markers and most paints. Universal rubbing alcohol is used as the cleaner fluid with a dry clean rag. The Anti-Graffiti Coating is used on school room walls to replace blackboards and dry erase boards, subway walls and ceilings to provide easier paint removal, hospital walls and floors to enable easy clean up sanitary surfaces, protect outdoor building walls, steel and concrete bridges members, public bathroom walls and any surface indoor or out which requires graffiti protection or to aid in cleaning.  

StarShield PC is a 1-component water-borne polycarbonate polyurethane protective coating. It retains exceptional UV stability for exterior applications while delivering superior chemical, abrasion resistance and resists hot tire pick-up. This non-hazardous, no odor material may be pigmented to any color or used strictly as an optically clear clearcoat where it may be used for numerous type substrates such as concrete, wood floors, masonry, etc. A 10-12 mil wet applied coating will dry in about 20 minutes at 72°F, 65%RH, Dry times will vary relative to temperature & humidity. If more thickness is required, a second coat may be applied after full cure of previous coat. It is available in High Gloss or Matte finish. StarShield PC has good adhesion properties to concrete, wood, PVC and fiberglass, ABS and aluminum with proper preparation, please consult Star Polymers. 

StormShield is a Military and Industrial Grade, two component polyurea that targets extreme property values for; tear strength, impact and abrasion resistance. StormShield is a non-breathable barrier which eliminates water vapor transmission to underlying surfaces. This does not allow metals to oxidize or rust under its impenetrable skin. The outer skin provides hydrophobic properties that provide resistance to residue buildup on coated surfaces.
