FIRESAFE 300 PRODUCTS

FireSafe is a unique elastomeric waterproofing product incorporating fire retardant properties in a single spray applied fluid coating which when cured provides a flexible waterproofing membrane that protects surfaces from the effects of fire.

 FireSafe® is  used to resist, retard and isolate flames and the associated smoke and fumes: they do not in themselves extinguish flames and hence are classed as 'passive protection'.

FireSafe 300 is the next generation of multi‐functional fire

retardant coatings designed not only to effectively retard

flame spread and smoke generation when exposed to fire but

to protect the substrate from both fire and water damage.

FireSafe 300 is applied as a single component liquid and

cures to a flexible elastic fire retardant membrane that also

resists degradation from UV or water exposure. FireSafe 300

is cold applied using a spray pump system or roller and used

with a wide range of substrates.
