Masonry Sealer 270  is a water based pure, Acrylic non-yellowing penetrating Masonry Sealer

that can be used as Primer or Sealer.  The formula has excellent penetration and adhesion to masonry surfaces.  It is a rapid drying water-based technology, compatible with most types of top coats.  Primer is suitable for green concrete and stucco finishes.  Product saves money by reducing absorption of top coats into substrate.   Low VOC content meets most VOC regulations.

AC-650 QS  is designed as a protective membrane for most roofing surfaces including galvanized metal, concrete, PVC, Hypalon, EPDM, polyurethane foam and primed smooth and granulated asphaltic surfaces. Check with your PolyGreen Solutions representative for primer recommendations.

RP - 410  is a high quality, water-based, rust inhibiting, low VOC primer.  A self-cross-linking technology that provides low VOC levels with greater corrosion resistance and adhesion

properties.   Resists heat, cold, moisture and weathering.  Dries quickly for a reduced time before elastomeric coating application.

BBP-500 is a high quality, plasticizer free, single component, water based, acrylic primer. is designed for application over smooth asphalt roof surfaces to enhance adhesion of silicone roof coatings. is formulated to act as a barrier between the asphalt surface and the silicone roof coating to prevent yellowing of the coating due to chemicals bleeding out of the asphalt roof. can be applied with spray, brush, or roller. Spray application is preferred method.

SPP 450 is a high quality, plasticizer free, water based, acrylic primer. is designed for application over aged single-ply roofing membranes to enhance adhesion of silicone roof coatings. Product provides great adhesion over PVC, aged TPO, and Hypalon membranes. can be applied with spray, brush, or roller. Spray application is preferred method.

WP - 640  is a water based, zero VOC, single-component, high performance wash primer intended for use on EPDM surfaces. is designed for application over aged EPDM surfaces, and can be applied with spray, brush, or roller.  This is a wash primer, and is designed to be applied and washed off the roof shortly after.
